The proposal is broader than moving computation

NVIDIA describes shifting workloads, using storage and paired generation as possible sources of flexibility. The principles call for defining response duties before connection, common performance measures and operational data sharing.

That technology-neutral framing prevents a equipment list from standing in for a result. Two facilities can have similar hardware yet offer different amounts of reliable flexibility because their workloads, schedules and operating constraints differ.
