Read the arithmetic footnote before comparing chips
The release's 5-560 TOPS range is specified as effective INT8 throughput with one-half sparsity. Comparing it with another number requires the same precision, sparsity assumptions and workload. The headline range alone does not reveal memory movement or sustained behavior in a small enclosure.
For a developer, the next artifact should be a reproducible model build: operator coverage, conversion settings, input shape, precision and measured latency on the intended board. A successful conversion is not yet proof that the whole perception-to-action loop meets its deadline.
