Match the exact hardware
Samsung lists selected Family Hub refrigerators from 2021-2025 and selected newer screen-equipped models, alongside selected 2024-2025 laundry appliances. The feature set is not identical across those groups. An older purchase date alone neither proves nor rules out eligibility.
Keep the model code, country and current software version together. The useful support answer is whether that combination is included and what it receives, not whether a similarly named product appeared in the announcement.
